With this philosophy we opened our restaurant on November 5th, 2008. Our home, El Cencerro (The Cowbell), opens its doors every day to offer you the best we have to give and the products we consider the finest in the world: delicious salads and appetisers, tender meats from the choicest animals, tasty cod loins, fish from our cherished Cantabrian Sea... all culminating with the sweetest delicacies and paired with the best wines, and all recommended with friendliness, while based on the most rigorous professionalism.

Every good host will feel at home in El Cencerro, as when you know how to look after others, you will know when you yourself are being well looked after.
